AML & KYC Policy

Commitment to preventing financial crime.


1. General Stance

RIOCHESS is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF). We actively monitor for suspicious financial activity and reserve the right to freeze funds associated with illicit behavior.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Triggers

While we support privacy for casual play, high-volume transactions trigger mandatory identity verification.

  • Level 1 (No KYC): Cumulative withdrawals under $2,000 USD equivalent.
  • Level 2 (ID Verification): Cumulative withdrawals exceeding $2,000 USD. Requires Government ID and Selfie.
  • Level 3 (Source of Funds): Cumulative withdrawals exceeding $10,000 USD. Requires proof of address and source of funds declaration.

3. Prohibited Sources

We do not accept deposits from:

  • Wallets associated with "Mixing" or "Tumbling" services.
  • Darknet market addresses.
  • Wallets sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control).

4. Sanctioned Jurisdictions

Users from the following countries are prohibited from depositing or playing for real money: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Crimea Region, and any other jurisdiction where skill-gaming is illegal.

5. Suspicious Activity Reporting

If we detect structured deposits (smurfing) or collusion between accounts to transfer funds (chip dumping), we are legally obligated to file a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) with relevant authorities and freeze the associated accounts.
