  • Financial Data: Public wallet addresses and transaction hashes. We do not store private keys.
  • Behavioral Biometrics (Anti-Cheat): Mouse movement patterns, click timing, window focus events, and specific browser fingerprints used solely for cheating detection.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for the following specific purposes:

  • Game Integrity: To analyze gameplay against engine correlation (e.g., Move matching against Stockfish 16).
  • Processing Payouts: To execute withdrawals to your specified wallet address.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and prevent fraud.

3. Data Retention

We retain gameplay data (PGNs and behavioral metrics) indefinitely to maintain the integrity of our rating system. Personal identification data is retained for 5 years after account closure as required by financial regulations.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Payment Processors: To facilitate fiat on-ramps/off-ramps.
  • Identity Verification Providers: Only if you trigger a KYC threshold (see AML Policy).
